Obviously it says something about Texas's conflict resolution portion of the CHL class...
But whatever you learn about "conflict resolution" in that class, is bolstered by the knowing what the law actually says about what you can, and more importantly cannot do, without being accountable for that action...
I agree, this story lacks some info about what "license" he actually had...
Was it like those FOID cards they issue like in Illinois??? Who knows...I'm not sure if they issue those types of cards in that state...
