Interesting raodtrip coming up...
My Dad is running up to Colorado for my nieces "little britches" rodeo national finals...
He just emailed me about what the carry laws are up that way...
Well being the "good" son...I forwarded him the links to the State pages for NM and CO at PDO, and told him to check in here from tim eto time to get the knowledge base up to speed...
Doing a little "trip" research myself...Just be glad we live in a State which recognizes and respect us mor than some others out there...
Even though NM is coming along, and we should have a reciprocity agreement with them sometime soon, CO is already there with us, but their list of "no-no's" is really over the top...
But all in all, it should be an uneventful trip...All you can really do is encourage someone to get as up to speed on the laws as they can, and hope for a enjoyable, "criminally" uneventful trip...
I did tell him to print out those pages, keep them and any other applicable information tucked nicely away for his trip...
Not everyone we encounter is as informed as we can be concerning this issue...
