Obviously, he did not attend the seminar...
They made sure (in this case) that we knew he "had" a Texas CHL...
Mark Wilson in Tyler, we had to hear through "other" sources about his credentials...
Kinda reinforces a theory I have about mainstream media outlets...Kinda...
I feel sorry for the guy myself...Everybody makes mistakes every now and then...
But thats just my opinion...
