Thats a lot of sewing...budder wrote:Just make it a big patch on the front (with something a little thick, to minimize printing) and sew the outline with the normal outline of the overalls. For the cost of a little extra material, you're golden. Otherwise, just sew a patch onto the front (either a logo or an "actual" patch) and say you did a bad job ;)stevie_d_64 wrote: Lets say you "sew in" a pocket, whether its in the back or front of the bib overalls...
Would you think the "threaded" outline of that pocket would not be somewhat recognizable for its intended purpose???

You know, I just had to revisit this subject...texaseyes wrote:I asked this question on another forum and got no response. Course it wasn't a Texas forum,
Great ideas here. I am going to look into that sewn in holster for sure. I am trying to carry my Glock 27. Really want to carry my Springer 1911 but that may be pushing the envelope.
Thanks for the thread. Very helpful.
Now follow my thinking...

I just kinda got to thinking about that...
I know, it gave me a headache too...

I'm liking TIN's ethics!
I'm also thinking how "tacticool" I'd look in my bib overalls, and drop leg holster rig, my ammo vest with my AR slung at the ready...
And to top it off with the standard John Deere cap turned backwards to give off the illusion of speed...
Its either this, or I start drinking guys...One or the other...

#5 option, and am planning to work a generic hidden pocket in the S.O.B. area...Don't think there will be a "printing" issue with that method either...
I wear Dickies brand bib overalls occasionally, and the comfort issue has never been a problem anywhere I have chosen to carry while wearing them...
