I agree...There are a lot of things we can learn from the mistakes this guy made...We are already versed again with the applicable Texas statutes that govern our reactions to situations like this, and in the long run, our ability to take a life, would not be warranted in a situation like this, as reported...seamusTX wrote:We don't need to pile on the guy. When I realized that no one else was going to provide security for me and my family, I paid quite enough and went to a lot of effort to provide it on my own. AT&T has plenty of revenue and managers who can decide their security policies, as do banks, grocery stores, department stores, etc. I didn't sign up to provide it for them.

Our ability to be a better witness to a crime is more important that believing we could, or should, stop one like this, in progress...
