With this new law it sounds like they could put somebody away either way... If they start confiscation and you don't turn it in... you either still have the gun and are a felon or didn't report not having the gun and are a felon.

Or better yet... they have bad records that say you have something you didn't have... and you get convicted for not having something you really didn't have....

A lose/lose situation if I've ever heard one...

Why do I have a slight problem with this statement??? Again, this looks very embelished to me...

And he was killed (to which I am honestly sorry to hear) by a stolen or lost firearm???

"My family lives every day with his loss," she said, adding her group was formed by those who lost loved ones to violence, usually through gun crimes.

This is very similar to the Jonathan Barrica killing a block away from my house a few years ago...And they havent' caught that killer either...

They really leaned on his father to become a mouthpiece for the Brady Bunch at the time...

I went to one of his local community "conferences", and even though I am totally empathetic to the loss of his son, to which it has been recently established that he (Jonathan) was part of a local gang...I totally challenged him in front of my nieghbors to his attack on our 2nd Amendment right...

I am totally behind people who have been effected by "gun violence", but don't turn your loss into an attack on my right to keep an bear arms in my own defense...That will get you an earful...And you might not like what you hear...
