It'd be hard not to shoot...
But is the subduing, restraining and detaining of a suspect (if you manage not to shoot them) a damnable offence against a homeowner, regardless of the method used to succeed in performing those activities...
Before the law gets there (to clean up), and regardless if you are armed or not...

Would you consider those actions to be appropriate in regards to any considerations in the state of Texas???
Like what was stated in the article...He should be glad he wasn't shot...
Remember what you say here, can and will be used against you in a court of law!
