I know that I'm not in the minority here but isn't in sad that in this day and age that we've coming to answering an unexpected knock on the front door (especially after dark) with our sidearm readily available.

So, have you ever had to use/display your weapon?

So fellow CHL'ers and board members.

Just wondering if anyone here as had to display their weapon or even use it? I am asking only as a CHL holder not to those of us with military or law enforcement. Most of us with law enforcement and or military probably at one time displayed our weapons at the very least.

On the other hand have you ever been in a situation where legally you could have used it but chose not to for whatever reason?
