I'm 6'1" 240 lbs. and a tad plump. I carry my SR9c in a crossbreed super tuck at 3-4 o clock with fitted shirts and pants that are often a little too tight. I had trouble at first and carried in a deep concealed Ultra the first winter. Summer came and I had to find something different. I kept trying and finally got used to IWB. Wouldn't do it any different now.
Edit: Put the "r" in shirts.
