I don't agree with getting on top of the vehicle, or even getting in its way, but calling out the crooks loudly and drawing attention to them is something I think we should all do. Let them know that the citizens around them do not approve of what they are doing and we will make it more difficult for them to continue to act in such a manner.

Like the old saying goes, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
