I just noticed we had a book section here so I thought I would recommend "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy.

One of the best books I ever read, it really makes you think (and hug your kids).

Its about a father and son travelling in a post-apocalyptic world but you never know what the disaster that destroyed everything was or even who the father and son are.

Im sure Im not the only one on here who has thought about "what would I do" in an end of the world situation, but its hard to think about that when your kids are thrown into the mix too. This book does that, and it does it well.

Worth a read if you are looking for that next book. =)
