Plastic finally arrived this morning. Glad the wait is over. Took the trip to Wally, had the McD's and bought ammo and a Spyderco Native. Also went to HEB for a few items on the way home. Felt good to be out and about enjoying the right to carry.

Did Janice explain any further? How long did it take for your plastic to finally arrive? I guess I could see how it could take a few days to be sent to a mail room, postage metered and then sent out.

I believe with the weather and holidays that things are running past the 60 day mark. I'm on day 67 today, and with the holiday on Monday I'll easily be in the 70's. I'm still showing processing, and the last time I spoke with DPS they were waiting on my previous counties of residence investigations.

Welcome Dr. Kyle! The waiting is tough but I believe it's easier early on when you know you still have time. After the 60 day mark it drives you crazy. At least it's driving me crazy!
