I agree with all of the previous statements. However, I work in the secured area of a TSA regulated/controlled airport. There is no way to convince "management" that carrying with my CHL is okay. I have other avenues of defense (heavy objects, solid letter opener, etc...) I just would be much happier carrying concealed. Only designated LEOs are permitted to carry. In an active shooter situation they aren't going to come charging in which means I'm on my own (mostly "passive" types in my office).

I wish I didn't work in a "secured area". I can't even have a pocket knife. I see stuff like this and wonder how long until I'm the guy huddled in his cube waiting to get shot. *sigh*
