I think getting an NFA signed off depending on where you live is pretty much the case anywhere. I'm pretty sure folks in Austin, TX as an example, would have a hard time getting the Travis Co Sheriff or APD chief to sign off on NFA items. That is one reason why so many folks go for an NFA trust....george wrote:Well, they are making some advances in NC, but you are not getting the whole story.
