The F-350 EMS units in Harris County are chipped and contain a governor at 130mph.I doubt that there is any EMS policy anywhere that will allow 100 mph transports no matter what the medical condition. State law, I believe, allows 10 mph over posted speed limit. An ambulance with lights and sirens is different from a citizen's car doing 100 mph.
