last year there were hearings on (I believe) this issue. Here is a link to Operation Chokepoint

Some of the article I read talked about high risk businesses, such as the Porn Industry and most firearm related business, (perfectly legal). There were others but only these come to mind. It was also mentioned that there were definitely illegal businesses such as Cannabis but those were not included in Chokepoint.
