I believe the OP assumed there is no 30.06 sign posted at the church.

BTW, you should read the entire chapter 46, as the text below applies to some of the places listed in subsection (b):
(i) Subsections (b)(4), (b)(5), (b)(6), and (c) do not apply if the actor was not given effective notice under Section 30.06.
