Ooops. Nevermind!
Still, I would find out how many rounds have gone though it, and if it has any blemishes. Then you could search for "Colt 1991A1" and look up prices on gunbroker.com and compare. There are some priced higher and some lower, so pay attention to each description on gunbroker and figure out which ones best describe the gun you're looking to buy.

Blonco,
First of all, welcome to the forum! Need more info before anyone could tell you whether or not $500 is a good price. How many rounds have been shot through it? Does it have any scratches on it?
If you decide want to post it for sale on this forum, go back to the main page of this forum, near the bottom is where you should place anything for sale. That section is called the Market: Buy, Sell, Trade. Then click on Firearms and post it there.
You should read the sticky note, (the first posting in the Firearms section). That has the guidelines for posting on this forum. This is a part of it:
Last advice: Take pictures and post them with the ad!! We like pictures.

After reading this, decide whether or not you should post it. I think you'd be OK to sell it, but I'm not a Moderator. Please note that this section is provided for TexasCHLforum.com members to post items for sale or purchase. It is not intended for use by persons who do not participate in the forum, other than by using the Market section. If you are contributing to the forum on a regular basis (posts, not money), feel free to use the Market; if not, please don't.
We've tried both a minimum number of posts as a prerequisite to posting in the market section and we've tried a less arbitrary standard. In the process we've learned there is no easy to manage this section. The spirit of the Market section rule is much easier to understand than it is to document, so please make the Moderators' jobs easier by not posting items for sale until you have established yourself as a contributing member of the community.
Thanks,
Moderators
