30.06 postings only apply to people licensed to carry under Texas H 411, right? So is this one of those odd situations where CHL holders have fewer rights than non-CHL holders in Texas?

I remember a few years ago taking some firearms into a hotel in Dallas (prior to having my CHL). As far as I know I was within the law.

BTW, I can confirm the Hilton in Austin is posted with (what seems to my eye) a valid 30.06 sign on the front entrance on the south entrance.
