Around here .45 is never in stock at wal mart, I usually buy at a local range where I recieve 10% off.

Sadly no revolver, something I forgot to mention is that the CHL I have in hand is no longer valid.

Online application done...

I just finished up the online application, I have set up a date for my chl class. I had a chance to pick up my arrest history and had the documents certified and notorized, do I need to send these to the DPS in Austin? I filled the arrest history in the online application...What do you guys think?

No, but the person I talked to sounded pretty confident that it was 7 years, not 5.

I talked to someone today in austin, I was told its 5 years plus another 2 because the state sees it as if you were revoked.???

Thanks for the input guys, from what I gathered I'll be able to apply on 11/16/2012..I was convicted on 11/16/2005.

Gotcha, on the arrest info I have theres (2) dates of court dispostion: "COURT STATUS A" COURT DISPOSITION DATE 11/16/2005
"COURT STATUS B" COURT DISPOSITION DATE 12/26/2007. Any idea why theres two dates?
