I can see Coast Guard and Border Patrol maybe benefitting from knowing whether bad guy drug cartel smugglers are armed, but I'm not sure why DHS would need 2700 or so of those cool, but likely super expensive vehicles.The Annoyed Man wrote:This trend is truly disturbing.
