On Friday mine went from background check to mailed. I have not received it though.

It changed to received 2 weeks after it was sent for me as well. Also, just got the pic back they said was" too yellow". It's me as I am, I am that yellow!!

Is the 60 day timeline a rule ?

Guy at dps said they were two weeks behind as of today, not sure what that means exactly though.

Not sure as I just submitted mine, but when being finger printed at L1 the lady said they run the background and get it to dps in 3 days.

Called dps today and asked about if I needed to amend and they said don't worry about it, if they find something they will ask for more information. Ran background with Indiana and nothin came up on the county clerks site so I guess it's just a waiting game now. Thanks for the advice.

Question now, is it the same data? Anyone know ?
