And now I hear rumors that the HOA is considering suing the two WOMEN (20 year old and her mother) that threw the "party".Rrash wrote:They lied and said they had permission from the HOA. The HOA has spoken out and said they had no such thing.ScooterSissy wrote:Oh my, that does indeed change things. An HOA can't really force someone to sell for something like this; however, a homeowner can evict someone for any reason other than discrimination over the protected classes. Setting up a DJ with vulgar language blasting over the neighborhood and bringing unwanted national attention to the community would probably be more than sufficient reason.Rrash wrote:The mother involved rents the house from an owner in California. I know he has been contacted about the situation, but as far as I know, has remained silent.Beiruty wrote:HOA board of directors can only change the rules of use for the park/pool.
Maybe a social media move similar to what was done that got the lady involved in the fight fired.
Now, to play devil's advocate a little here - I once leased a home that was in an HOA. I never got a copy of the HOA agreement. It's possible that the daughter that threw the party, and her mother that helped, didn't even know they were breaking the rules.
Of course, security telling them to leave should have been a clue...

Re: Pool Party Mayhem in McKinney
It was said tongue in cheek. The schools can't suspend the kids from school either.
But, it's a sad world we're living in.

Is it safe to assume that all of the children who were trespassing will be suspended from school, or a least extra-curricular activities? And the mom who allowed her 20 year old daughter to throw the party - has the HOA started eviction proceedings against her.VMI77 wrote:http://madamenoire.com/539432/white-wom ... -from-job/
Mom in fight suspended by BOA.
This is how the left rolls.Social media users did some research and found that Allbritton worked for Bank of America.
After the video surfaced, an action group Dallas Communities Organizing for Change launched a Twitter campaign asking Bank of America to take action against this woman.
.@bankofamerica Is this your employee Tracey Carver-Allbritton attacking a child & using racial slurs?#McKinneyPolicepic.twitter.com/VUTNFBJ1XU

And now the citizens will suffer the consequences. Anyone want to be about how many high-caliber officer candidates will be waiting in line to serve under McKinney's chief?harrycallahan wrote:I think the chief and I have differing views. I think He's letting something other than the facts guide his decision process. Yes the officers actions were over the top, but career ending? I don't think so. At some point these parents have to take responsibility for their children's behavior. A sad day all around.

Re: Pool Party Mayhem in McKinney
There's a video running around of a girl fighting with a mom that was leaving. In the video, you can hear one of the guys cheering "KC" on ("Get her KC!"). I suspect Tatiana was the one fighting, which was what prompted the call from the police. KC is likely Tatiana (Keef_Cakez)steveincowtown wrote: Tatiana is listed on her twitter account as a "chiraq || texa$ || promoter || vixen ||."
This isn't simply case a of neighborhood high school student having some friends over. In fact, you read her twitter feed it appears that it may have been collecting funds to host other parties.
Visit at your own risk. I haven't reviewed all the content but some may not fall within the 10 year old daughter rule.

And just like that all the content on her page has been blocked unless you are a follower.

Quite a contrast to the cool calm demeanor that she portrayed in the interview.

Re: Pool Party Mayhem in McKinney
Only what I've read. One report said the following:mojo84 wrote:Do you know who hosted or organized the "party"?ScooterSissy wrote:How come the teens throwing the party didn't invite their white friends?
http://www.rawstory.com/2015/06/party-h ... lack-kids/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Tatiana Rose, who lives in the Craig Ranch neighborhood and hosted the party with her siblings, said a woman and man who live in the neighborhood showed up and called their friends racist profane names and told them to return to their Section 8 housing.
The 19-year-old Rose said most of her friends who attended the party live in Craig Ranch — which sits along a golf course.
While I understand completely that the "story" in that link is skewed towards her opinion, I don't see any reason to doubt that she was the one hosting the party.
But, my comment was really tongue in cheek, making fun of the "racists slant". The police weren't picking out black people to harass, the uncomfortable truth is that they confronted only those who refused to do disperse.
