Do you change how you carry during the winter or summer months: winter use a vest

Preference is IWB...BUT the pressure bruised a nerve and caused pain down my whole right leg when rolling over in bed. I guess it was the twisting because it didn't bother me sitting, walking, standing. It took 2 months plus to heal, so now it's OWB only.
