Was that price before tax or after tax?bblhd672 wrote:JRG wrote:bblhd672 wrote:I purchased .22LR at Academy this weekend for $2.49 per box of 50 - American Eagle brand.
Also purchased .22LR Federal Premium Match for $3.99 per box of 50 at Gander Mountain.
You might want to check that American Eagle brand of 22 LR. I believe it is packed 40 rounds per box instead of 50. Still a good price though.

Checked the boxes- it is 50 rounds per box.

Re: Ammo prices going down?
I want to think (hope) now that Trump is going to be the President and the threat of Obummer is about to go away that maybe the prices will drift downward in the future.bblhd672 wrote:I checked the usual places I buy online this week and no noticeable decrease. I hope you're seeing the trend downward.

Ammo prices going down?
Is it just me or has anyone else noticed ammo prices going down a tad bit? I mainly focus on .223 and or 5.56 ammo and I have noticed a decrease roughly around 10¢ per round.
Anyone else seeing this or have I just not been paying attention lately
