Unless you witness an action that puts lives in immediate danger, the best thing to do is be a good witness and keep your distance. I don't need to know if you have prescription medicine in your car.
Had he lived by the "don't start none and there won't be none" philosophy, he wouldn't be in the situation he is in now. But, he just couldn't mind his own business.
