Return to “Pokemon Go! as a nuisance to other outdoor activities”
Anything that gets our kids out of the house has benefits.rp_photo wrote:I enjoy outdoor photography on a regular basis. Oyster Creek Park in Sugar Land is one of the most popular photography destinations, and I was quite distressed when I saw a video of Pokemon Go! players parking "wherever" and overrunning the place.
It's also a popular cycling location, and I see an even greater conflict with that activity. Let's just say that situational awareness and Pokemon Go! don't mix well. Many other activities such as bird watching, dog walking, jogging, or just trying to get away from people are also vulnerable.
It could be interesting if it's still going strong as hunting seasons get underway.
Does anyone else share my concerns or have had any actual experiences?
