The Rifle Ranch in Frost, Texas (south of Dallas, west of Corsicana), will be hosting a special benefit shoot, the "Let Texas Shoot" Multi-gun Match, on Saturday, July 7, 2012, to help raise funds for the North East Texas Tactical gun range, which is fighting for its legal right to exist all the way to the Texas Court of Appeals (see related Forum post: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=55891" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

The entry fee is $100 for this special match. It will be a one-day event with four big stages and several side matches. There are already 24 sponsor companies signed up--from LaRue Tactical to Vortex Optics--that will be contributing match prizes.

You will need pistol, carbine, and a precision rifle. There will be side matches at each stage for prizes. Targets will be an assortment of reactive steel and paper, with distances from three to 1,000 yards. There will be no separate classes/divisions, so you can run whatever accessories/optics you like.

Entry is limited to the first 50 shooters so that a good pace can be maintained throughout the day...and for better odds of going home with a nice prize!
