That's CSAT, Paul Howe's training center in Nacogdoches. Absolutely first rate, and he does offer some non-LEO classes. For a few years up through 2008 or so, he stayed so busy with LEO training obligations that finding an opening in one of his scarce non-LEO courses was well-nigh impossible. That's opened up now, and he has a regular schedule of classes offered.

Mind you, this is not next to Greenville, nor is it a public range. It's a defensive/combat shooting school.

Terrible news. As one of the hotbeds of Texas shooting, it's unfortunate Greenville loses APG. And it's even more unfortunate that we shooters lose it.

I think APG sold to the APG who were really running it. I took a combat M4 course there a couple of years ago, and it was taught by an active SPECOPS team lead.

If the new management is who I think it is, I wish them all the luck in the world.
