Person detained at the performing arts center was not the suspect. The BG is still at large.

Hopefully this will not be forgotten in 2013 legislature when we take up campus carry again. This is personal for me as I've worked in the (unarmed) security department at a private university since the dark ages. They still have the not here attitude even though we've had multiple incidents on campus over the years involving firearms. If campus carry were to pass at least the security department could depend on the students to protect them.

Suspect has been caught a performing arts building on opposite side of campus.

Fox news just reporting shooting in one of the parking lots at Virginia Tech. Waiting for the rest of the story.
