They USED you to establish their business model, then dumped you when convenient.
Punch back twice as hard. Cost them the extra amount of time they cost you. Call the BBB and the Texas AG.
And as for emails to them - they have an automated response system. You can to call and ask to speak to a supervisor and talk to them.
And as for their business model - they are just a reseller for one of the big payment vendors. Anyone here know who the big vendor is?
