let their true nature show. When I read this story I was reminded of the
late Carl Rowan, the nationally syndicated columnist and staunch anti-
handgun advocate. Although Mr. Rowan believed that no private citizens
should be allowed to own handguns, he nevertheless whipped out a .22
pistol to shoot at neighborhood kids he caught swimming in his pool one
night.
