If they don't have strong enough family ties to tell them unprotected sex is wrong, who exactly is going to tell them the glorified life from movies is wrong? The problem is these aren't families, you can't approach the problem the same way someone with a family would. Your preacher may be a person of authority in your life, but most likely not in these situations. A preacher reaching out about sex Ed is very unlikely to have any impact. if they had a good father/mother to begin with then they would have probably showed their kids the truth already.

Women can't carry a condom anymore? Seems that's even cheaper. It's not a money thing though, it's a lack of concern. They just don't care or simply don't think it will happen this time. I'm not sure how you change that attitude.

Why? The way someone dresses creates divides and conflict. Whether it is bullying or gang related. Eliminate the people being segregated based on this and it is one less thing to interfere with why they are there. To learn!

I thought the video was great, but unfortunately as good as his talking points are no one will listen. I think the point he may have been referring to with Z was him getting out of the car, not confronting him per say. I know many people who believe this.
