The status of my license on the DPS website switched from "Manufacturing" to "Mailed" more than a week ago and I still have not received my license. Should I be concerned? If so, what should I do?

I mailed my packet certified and the post office website shows it was delivered Monday, the 23rd. It's now Thursday the 26th and the DPS website still says they are waiting on my materials. In the process of filling out the online application, in the criminal history section there is a blank for "Disposition" Would that be "Probation Completed" or "Sentence Served" or what are you supposed to put in there? Any help will be much appreciated!
