My status also magically changed this morning to "Manufacturing Pending". Maybe they'll be mailed out Friday and we'll get our plastic early next week.

My 60 days was today so I sent them an email. They quickly wrote back that they were "working on having it printed". 
I just find it a little ironic that they can instantly tell you where you're at in the process but they don't spend a lot of time letting you know that unless you ask. Almost makes the website pointless.
However, I guess it does give you a place to appease yourself while waiting.
