As of October there were 517,000 active CHL holders in TX. Probably many more by now.

Disorderly Conduct (Texas PC Section 42.01) is a class C misdemeanor and will disqualify you. The arresting authority sends the paper work to Austin and they will notify you.

Just a gimmick for the video game crowd. These performed poorly penetration wise in the aforementioned ballistic gel test. Don't waste your money.

Domestic Violence deffered adjudication and CHL

I have had two people ask me about it now, and I cannot find a definite answer. I I checked the backgrounds both plead to deferred adjudication and both have completed the period. Both are 5 years from the date of completion. What say you?

Complete bull. I work at a New car Dealership, every new car has the dot on them, they assist in balancing tires marking the heavy spots. :banghead:
