Yea cold steel makes the Recon-1 a tanto blade and great knife. I saw a demo of a Navy Seal using one on a ballistic gel dummy he tore it up in less than 15 seconds, believe me if it was a real person most of him would have fallen out on the ground. My dad actually just mailed me the fixed blade I carried overseas - a Cold Steel SRK. I'd left it there for my little nephew, but he moved to the UK where they'd probably wet themselves if they saw it, so dad is sending it back:
