Re: Nazi’s removing statues in America after winning WW2

L’Oreal will remove words like Whitening or Lightening from its cosmetic line.
Oh, crap... .there goes "whitening" toothpaste. Reminds me of that old Tide detergent commercial back in the 60's... "if it's THAT white, you KNOW it's clean!!!" :banghead:

Re: Nazi’s removing statues in America after winning WW2

Looks like it. And again, it's all based on a faulty narrative. Wayne said in his Playboy interview:

"“I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility. I don’t believe in giving authority and positions of leadership and judgment to irresponsible people.”

Well.... 40 to 80 percent of blacks drop out of high school - there goes the "education" part. They commit over half of all murders and robberies, over a third of all rapes and car thefts. 40% of black women experience domestic violence. 77% of black babies are born to unwed mothers. 92% of murdered black women are murdered by black men. Sound like people you'd give "authority and positions of leadership"?

And his other "racist comment" was: “I don’t feel guilty about the fact that five or 10 generations ago these people were slaves." Well, jeez, I don't either. That was a freaking long time ago.

So here we go again.....

Re: Nazi’s removing statues in America after winning WW2

Yes, obviously, their perception is something like, "Hey, look, there's a statue!" "Oh boy, yeah, let's tear it down!"

One thing about all this that aggravates me is how hardly anybody mentions WHO these people are... the freaks with the pink hair, facial tattoos, nose rings, swastikas, etc. Yet they're described as "peaceful protestors who want change." They're not - they're just punks. Utterly useless people who make absolutely no contribution to society. I'm dismayed by the fact that we're expected to even take them seriously.
