30.06 is actually very short in length. I think the intent is that the property owner has the duty to provide notice if the they don't want guns on their property. Notice can be written or oral. If notice is written, it should be displayed where it's reasonably visible to those entering the property so that know that no guns are allowed. End of story, I don't the the intent is anymore complicated than that.

I'm heavily involved in real estate and have been for 30 years or so and I have a brokers license and I can tell you that you are incorrect. It's common for "real property" to be used incorrectly. I'm guessing you google searched the term. I will say, though, that "real property" can include BOTH the real estate along with the rights of the real estate.Archery1 wrote:No, real property means land and improvements. "Real property" and "real estate" are not the same things and the term you are looking for is "real estate". "Real estate" is land and basically everything that's attached to it.
