From what I remember from several years ago, what's going on at the State Fair (SF) today is sort of a "gentleman's agreement". They will allow only conceal carry if there is no outside challenge to their 30.07 sign which according to the AG's opinion letter, is probably unenforceable. Keep in mind that the SF can kick you out at anytime, no excuse is needed.
