I understand that he was an award winning officer until he married for the first time in his life 7 years ago to someone almost 30 years his junior. The way i figure something in the last 7 yrs has turned him into this very unhappy person who hated me on site. I kinda feel sorry for his realitive in HPD who will probaly get a write up if not something worse as two of the cars in my warehouse belong to police officers in my car club but i was unable to say that before cause they along with my lawyer made the problenm known to DPS. My family and I are very proud that I was able to straighten my life out and get married and have a family given the path i was on over 18 years ago,as Longtooth told me god had a different plan for me.

Just to let ya'll know whats happened since my last post. [1] we were notified that he will not be returning to the house he inherited [2] his transfer to el paso had nothing to do with our problems but with his handling of his pending divorce [3] as a 26 yr vetern of dps he is being allowed to transfer or retire[his wife is 27 years his junior and scared to death].[4]HPD will be notified that his cousin in auto theft detail was asked to QUOTE roust me and check out whether i was stealing cars END QUOTE. [5] The DPS has traced the NCIC check back to the computer in his car. I have decided to let this all die down and not sue as thats just more trouble than its worth and the supervisor assures my lawyer and myself that I will have no more trouble. WE WILL SEE BUT AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED ITS OVER

well after meeting with a higher up from Dps this morning at my lawyers office we have a idea of what this man has against me and its the wierdest excuse I've ever heard of [basically he doesnt approve of the way I live]. We were able to recieve written confirmation that he is to cease and desist from harrassing myself and my family. Being as how he is a captain in DPS we have learned that he will be transferring to El Paso and will be working in a DL branch there, we also learned he has a restraining order out by his wife [soon to be ex wife] who oddly works for the same company my spouse. We were also told that he has a sale pending on his house but will be staying at a apartment he also has.Maybe this is all over , I hope so .

The really sad part of this is what its doing to my kids. I've tried to teach them to respect the police but this makes it hard. I have heard back from my lawyer and we have a 9:30 meeting in his office with someone from DPS that he contacted.I just really wish I knew what I have done to this man to make him do this to my family.

Well at 1 today I recieved a phone call from HPD s auto theft division. They asked if they could look in my garage and they asked if they could look in a warehouse I own. I stated that I would contact my lawyer and meet them at the warehouse at 3. Well at 3 we all met at the warehouse and my lawyer asked for a warrant and they were saying if I didnt have anything to hide why couldnt they look, finally after 15 min of arguing I opened the door so they would shut up. Let me state first that I work hard for what I have but I am also blessed with parents who share my hobby both emotionally and financally. Inside this family owned warehouse were a 40ft enclosed trailer ,a 63 vette PROMOD< and a monster truck that we use to give rides on at car shows plus about 15 cars of which only 4 are complete cars and they dont all belong to us but also several members of my car club. HPD asked for titles to all cars ,at that point my lawyer stated the obvious point that only the ones with plates and ran would have info available. Finally after an hour they requested to go to my house and see [QUOTE the yellow street rod and the lowered truck] . My lawyer asked them how they were aware that the cars were at my house and they said that they had a tip that I had a stolen truck in my garage. Well same routine [title and proof of ownership etc etc]. One officer is looking at my DADS street rod and asks where the vin was and the seatbelts were and why did we have antique plates on a kit car , my father who is suffering from parkinsons and onset of dementia looked him in the eye and said cause in 1932 they didnt come with seatbelts and the 4 digit VIN is cause the car was built in 1932, his last sentence wasent ten yr old friendly.Well they are finally satisfied and as they are leaving my neighbor who has been harrassing me gets in his truck and leaves, my lawyer followed him and he met the HPD officers at the krogers around the corner.Let me also say this started at 1pm today and they didnt leave till 715pm . I guess that I am going to meet my lawyer in the morning and file a complaint. I was hoping that his moving would circumvent this but he just seems to really dislike me and I have tried to go out of my way not to antagonize the situation.Ya'll wanted to know what was happening so this is where I am at now.

Well it might be a moot point now because my wife and I came out this morning to a street full of cars and a for sale sign in his yard. I might have gotten my prayers answered,other than the expense of having central air put in my garage. Oh well at least I added to the value of my house . I guess my plan now is to avoid this guy as much as possible till he's gone and I found out today he's had something to say to most of the neighbors including the 90yr old retired Dr. who bought his house new in 1963 and has been a wonderful neighbor.

I live outside loop 610 in a "nice" neighborhood for the last 10 yrs. About a year ago my next door neighbor passed away and her house sat empty. Three weeks ago her nephew moved in and has been determined to make my life misrable .Two days after he moved in he caught me getting in my truck to go to the office and stated my truck was to loud and it bothered him, so that evening I parked in my driveway as always but I backed in so my tailpipe was the other way.Also this was at 8:30 am not 5:30 or somthing.Well the next morning he catchs me and says the two window units in the back of my garage make too much noise and turn them off or else. Let me start by saying my garage is air conditioned because I spend alot of time out there. I am very thoughtfull of my neighbors I.E.[my compressor is behind my garage in a insulated shed with noise barrier on the walls and i run it only when the tank is empty, i purchased electric impacts to use after 8pm so the noise doesnt bother anyone.I am preparing a show car for the houston autorama so i have to work on it somewhere. Some friend and I were unloading my truck off my trailer last saturday and putting it back in the garage and my neighbor walks over to complain about the ac's again and he looked in my garage and asked if i had a buisness in my garage ,i stated no and he says then why do you have a lift in there. Well wed. morning he caught me at my truck and asked me where my gun was , I just said whatever and drove off but wondered if he was peeking in my windows. The next day he says you sure were a bad boy when you were younger . Once agian i am wondering where his info is coming from, well now I know cause friday morning when i got up there was a DPS trooper car in his driveway and out he comes in uniform. Well to end this story I had central air installed today in my garage and the window units removed as i cant take the chance he is going to get more nasty. MY question is next time he asks where my gun is when he is standing on my driveway am i under any obligation to tell him or produce my chl since he has let me know he is aware i have one.
