Re: Unholstered

Depends on the holster and how easy to take off. If I have to undo the belt and all that then just take the pistol and place into lock box and wear empty holster inside. I do suggest parking out on the edge of the parking lot away from other cars so someone don't walk up on you un-holstering. Might ...

Re: Belt Question

If it's conceal carry then the color and materials makes less of a difference so comes down to personal preference/style. Just depends if you want leather or nylon. Some of my personal favs are: Nylon: Original SOE low profile EDC belt (good deal at $45), Ares Cobra Ranger' and for leather: Comp-Tac...

Just really depends on what the quality are for these and it's hard to tell. I'd prefer to see these in person even at the low internet prices.

Re: Sportsmansguide coupons

Not all of my orders with them are perfect but for the most part for things that they have on inventory arrives OK. One time I ordered the bundle ammo with ammo can and the ammo can was crap. It was all rusty, dirty and old; not even worth the time to clean up. But in the end the total costs of the ...

Re: Springfield XDs Holster

What I've found is that even if a holster is tuckable the clips on the outside is still very noticeable. It's not exactly printing but it just looks different and people close to you will notice. You might want to consider the different options for the holster clips to tuckleable holster and the cho...

Re: hybrid holsters: crossbreed vs. the rest?

Most hybrid holsters are extremely comfortable after the leather forms to your body so the thing to consider is the quality. I'd say Crossbreed and Comp-Tac are the top end and can't go wrong with either if they suit your budget.

Re: Dr. Michael Brown Estate Auction

Was in the area and stopped by to take a look at what was there. Very apparent that he didn't take care of his stuff. Many of the lot were uncleaned or never clearned, rust, missing mags, and etc..
