Clutch broke in my car while traveling out of state. I was stuck on the interstate, and a towtruck driver was called. The towtruck driver said he knew of some good autoshops in the area. He towed my car over to the "autoshop" which turned out to be someones house. The next day I decided to have my car towed to a Nissan Dealership as this guy looked pretty shady tree to be working on my car. The "autoshop" owner refused to allow my car to be released. He said I owed a 200.00 storage fee for the night. We argued, I threatned to call the police, and he pulled out a revolver, and said he was going to shoot me. At this time I had no weapons and being his 3 other friends were there the odds were not in my favor for any type of wrestling the gun from him. It would have been good to just give him the money, except I didn't have it. So instead I laughed at him and called him names. Instead of shooting me he hit me in the head with the gun HARD, it really hurt. I kept laughing, and I guess the situation had diffused somewhat, because all he could say was "you crazy white boy".. he then let me and my car go.
