Congrats! I've been manufacturing pending for 5 days now. I'm hoping they are slow to update and mailed it out today so that I'll have it by Christmas.

Eligibility is not impaired if the charges were dismissed, but you still have to disclose the arrest and processing will go faster if you get official documents for the disposition (or document no charges pending) and include them with your application.
