Once, taking tickets at the gate of an outdoor festival, I saw the print of a large gun butt "hiding" at his waistline underneath a non-tucked shirt. Asked what he was carrying -- learned he was a local LEO.

Another time, at a meeting of volunteers for a local charity, I saw a belt pouch in an upside-down position with some letters on it. It read "Kel Tec." Asked the wearer, and he laughed -- said it was the first time anyone noticed and perceived what the pouch was for.

And, before a religious service, I was talking to a local LEO on a second job for site security. I was telling how comfortable my new IWB holster was and how it concealed well. He said he noticed I was carrying -- but added that since he already knew, he looked hard.

A fun pastime, and a great way to meet others of similar mindset.
