If I saw something like that happening I would have to do something. I'm not wired to stand and watch. Does this mean i automatically jump into attack mode? Of course not, but I would have to do everything in my power to make sure that child is safe. Usually if the child is being a brat, be understanding, but let the parent know what the situation looks like.
