The high school I went to regularly had the district police with k9s walking the parking lot. If the dog made a hit on a vehicle, they would have the student or teacher open it so they could search.jrs_diesel wrote:Do they search vehicles? How would they know otherwise?
Only gov't place I've seen vehicle searches are military bases and some federal installations.
I don't advocate breaking the rules if an ISD can restrict weapons in vehicles. Part of me thinks that they cannot prohibit it, but IANAL.

My current boss has no problem i carry and has a chl as well (does not carry though) but if I ever get employed anywhere else, I would not tell any one my co workers that I carried for this reason.
