I don't get why everyone is giving you such grief. There was obviously a problem.

You had fingerprints taken. L1 says (and confirms) they were sent. The state says your application is missing fingerprints. That's a problem and not one that requires patience hoping something will magically happen.

Now, if it was stuck in the background check phase or some other spot where it was in a pile on someone's desk, that is a different story. Good for you for doing what you had to do to MAKE someone care. Glad you finally got your plastic!

Now, if only these state workers could be in charge of our healthcare. Wouldn't that be GREAT! :biggrinjester:
