If you are truly disappointed with Half-Priced Books management, take the time to send real mail instead of just email. Sign it, in ink. Let them know that there's a real person behind the sentiment. Email is easy to ignore -real mail a little less so - and you tend to get a copy-and-paste reply.martywj wrote:...
