Not going to happen. He did not plead insanity - he wanted to plead guilty but in a capital case, the UCMJ prohibits a guilty plea. He'll go to the US Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, and if he does face the executioner, he'll be transferred to the federal prison in Terra Haute, Indiana, for the execution.alvins wrote:...

Personally, I hope he gets life (without a chance of parole because he's been convicted of capital murder) so that he doesn't get to become a martyr right away) and when he finally dies of old age, he'll forget about the 72 virgins waiting for him.
